In line with Broadgate's policy of continuous improvement, the specification and services described on this site are subject to change. Please be sure to clarify the exact specification for your new home with your Sales Negotiator upon reservation.

Dimensions quoted on the website are maximum measurements. Since each house is built individually, actual measurements may vary. Purchasers must instruct a solicitor at the time of reservation so the Sales Negotiator can complete the Reservation Paperwork and a copy of our full Reservation Procedure provided to purchasers so our process can be understood and followed throughout the purchase.

The brochures and inserts may contain photographs and illustrations of our properties. In order to blend with the locality and create attractive street scenes, colours of bricks, roof tiles and elevations may vary from house to house and from site to site. Surroundings will differ from those shown in the photographs and illustrations.
