The changes in March 2021 to the Government-backed equity scheme "Help to Buy" is proving hugely popular with First Time Buyers!

The scheme applies to freehold properties that Broadgate Homes has for sale up to £261,900 (provided they are not part of any other purchasing scheme) and will help to make your mortgage payments more affordable.

How it works:

• New build properties only.
• You'll need a minimum 5% deposit to qualify.
• The Government will lend you up to 20% of the value of your property through an equity loan, which can be repaid at any time or on the sale of your home.
• You will only need to secure a 75% mortgage from a bank or a building society.
