Broadgate prides itself on its commitment to its homeowners. Our customer programme begins immediately after you move in!

Getting Settled In

Our Sales Team are on hand when you first move in to answer any queries you may have about your new home.

Introducing Ourselves

Initially your main point of contact with be your Broadgate Sales Representative (and in some cases the Site Manager). Approximately 8 weeks after completion of your new home one of our team from the Customer Care Department will write to you to introduce themselves and explain the process from this time until the end of your two year guarantee period. For the first two years after your purchase, Broadgate will cover you against any damage and defects that result from the NHBC standards not being met. As per the NHBC Guidance you should report any faults to the builder as soon as possible and it is recommended that you do this in writing.

You may wish to use the online form to the right to contact Broadgate's Customer Care Department to report any issues relating to your home.

Long Term Reassurance

All of our properties are provided with a 10 year industry regulated warranty (NHBC Buildmark cover).

Emergency Contact Details

Our sales offices are open most days and if your site is closed please try the normal phone number as  it may be diverted to another sales office which is open.

This list is for use when you are unable to contact a Broadgate Homes Sales  Office or Head Office.

Should you use the emergency numbers please be aware that should it not be classed as an emergency  it is likely that the contractor will charge a call out fee and the cost of the repairs.

What we would class as an emergency:

Water leaking via ceilings/walls - not from a shower that need not be used until it can be attended  to in normal working hours.

No heating in the cold weather

Major electrical fault to the property – please be sure you have checked all appliances to eliminate  any faulty connections which could be causing the problem.

Broadgate Homes Ltd will not reimburse you for any cost incurred should  you call a private company out to attend or if you are charged by our  contractor.
