Help us make our sites as safe as houses…

• Always visit the Sales Centre on arrival. If you are unsure about anything our staff can advise you on all relevant Health & Safety procedures.
• A member of staff must accompany you outside the showhome area at all times. Not all dangers are obvious - our staff are trained to recognise and be aware of hazards.
• A building site is a working environment. It may not be possible to access certain areas of the development at all times - please make an appointment with the relevant Sales Centre in advance if you wish to visit a specific property.
• Hard hats will be provided and must be worn at all times. Anyone refusing to wear the headgear will be denied access to the site.
• Building sites represent more danger to children than anyone else. Access to the site for a child is at the absolute discretion of the Sales Negotiator on site. If access is permitted then please ensure they are supervised at all times.
• Please be aware of construction traffic - it may not just be on the roads.
• The surfaces of footpaths and roads may be uneven - sensible footwear is advisable.
• All visitors to site must sign the Day Book as a record of their visit.
• We greatly appreciate your co-operation.
